Rubs

This mix is the result of years barbecuing Texas' favorite cut of beef...Brisket of Beef! The rub is highly concentrated and is to be used very sparingly; only 2 ounces or less per 12 pound brisket. It is also wonderful to use on beef ribs and all other cuts of beef. A teaspoonful will spice up an entire pound of ground beef--hamburger fantastico! 

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Garlic*, Paprika, Chili Powder (chili pepper, spices, salt and garlic), Spices, Onion*, Lemon Juice Powder (corn syrup solids, lemon juice solids and natural flavors) and Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent). *Dehydrated 

Allergens: None  

This mixture was originally designed to spice skirt steak for Fajitas, however, it is now being used for many other purposes. Lightly rubbed on turkey breast prior to cooking; sprinkled on chicken wings; grilled steaks; add to beef stew or hash. A mighty nice all-purpose seasoning with a bit of campfire flavor, it's a must in every professional kitchen. 4.5 oz per jar.

Enough said.  Great on any cut of pork, but made just right for the weekend chef cookin’ those thick cut pork chops.  Use ½ teaspoon per thick cut chop and your friends won’t leave! 5 oz per jar.

This rub is excellent on ribs as well as rotisserie chicken, you won't be able to get enough! 4.25oz per jar.
